By cutting out several outfits and then sewing them all at the same time, you can save time & thread. I call this "assembly line sewing". Pin the first seams of all, then sew them with about 1/4" of thread between garments. Do the same with seam finishing (zig-zag). I can usually make 6 or 8 outfits in a weekend doing this.
